How can i get back onto my normal sleeping schedule?
Last night around 8 PM I fell asleep as I laying down while on my laptop watching videos. This nap lasted between 3 and 4 hours and ever since I woke up I've been wide awake. It's currently 8 AM and I don't want to fall asleep even though I am starting to feel tired now. I don't have have a job yet (I will within a week once I get my background check and drug test out of the way) and college starts in another month. I was thinking about taking a short nap of 2 or 3 hours just to refresh my body and then stay awake until 10-11. Thoughts?

If you're having sleeping problems due to naps, doctors advise people to avoid taking naps during the day. It is also advised that you isolate yourself from noise especially light since the brain gives a wake up call once we perceive light. Also, practice relaxation by putting all your thoughts out of your brain and taking deep breaths helps a lot, really. Aside from that, try putting on socks for better sleep.
