Moderate-Severe pain in ear since morning but no hearing loss?

Hi guys.

So today i woke up with moderate pain in ear and it becomes severe when i touch it

In the morning the pain wasnt so sharp but over the day it "evolved" and its dull-like feeling.

It feels like someone pulled my lobe as hard as they could and concha feels a little "pumped"/more fat than ususal.

It also hurts when i move my jaw left and right and when i chew food.

Idk what could be the cause of this besides breaking a bone? when i was sleeping.

I went swimming 3 days ago and some water entered ear canal while i was diving but no pain until this morning.

My hearing is just fine and clear as if everything is normal.

And also my left ear(the one that hurts) feels a little bigger kinda then right ear.

Please if you can help me please do!!

Its really annoying and i am worried
