if I put an ice cube in my icecream cone will it stop it from dripping?

    No. You're applying pressure that will cause the ice cream to rise up and drip more.

    No, it will drip even more since the ice cube will drip.

    If you put your ice cream cone in the freezer it will solve that problem while creating a new one.

    mess in your freezer.
