Laptop cooling fan not working after vacuuming?

Hi ,

Laptop cooling fan not working is not working vacuuming , so i bought a new fan from market and changed it. But new fan is also not working. Connector also looks fine , any suggestion what need to be checked.change?

    No desk .. mo motherboard problem , laptop works fine and getting heated because of no fan.
