Is Alesis a good company?
to buy a good electric drum kit for a beginner and a first time for purchasing a electric kit or will it be Yamaha or Roland?

Roland makes the best high end kits. Yamaha makes some good low and high end kits. Alesis is a very good company, they do mainly make low to mid range electronic drums, but they are very good for the price.
