Raw Vegan Diet Tips and Help?
Ok, so. I've been considering the raw diet for a while, or at least the raw till 4 and really want to do it. I'd really like to know what you eat on a day to day breakfast, lunch, dinner sort of thing, because thus far I'm kind of not good at it. Also I'll add that I'd still be eating noodles, potatoes and my homemade bread, so I think it would be more of a raw till 4. Please be descriptive and add in all your snacks ect. Thanks in advance <3

I am sure they are books you can buy in the bookstore, or rent from library, but I would ensure to read suggestions from the experts such as registered dietitian,
raw foods diet although has good benefits, is not necessary suitable or adapatable for everyone.
steam, or boiling (not for long time) or lightly cooked foods can help us digest better.
It's good idea to combine both, and if you go on your raw food diet, be sure to listen to your body and if it's not suitable for you, then reduce to a healthy level that you can adapt.
besure to clean your foods well, and note that beans can't be eaten raw, it has toxic when it's not cooked.
do pay attention to your body and also check with your dr on your raw food diet.
good luck
