Will I have time to get to Munich city center?
I have a stop in Munich tomorrow at 10AM before my next flight to Athens leaves at 3PM. Do you think I will have time to take the train to Munich to see the city or is it cutting it close? How long is the commute from Munich's airport to the city center? Lets say I want to be back to Munich's airport by 130 for check in and all.

Train S-8 takes you from the airport to the city center (Marienplatz) in 38 minutes; trains depart every 20 minutes at minute 04, 24, and 44; to get back to the airport you should depart from Marienplatz at 12:58PM to arrive at the airport at 1:35PM; that's still sufficient time since you are on an intra-Schengen flight without governmental passport controls prior to departure and can immediately proceed on to the security checkpoint.
For one person get a day pass single for €11.70; that's cheaper than two one-way tickets. For a group from 2 to 5 persons the day pass partner for €21.30 is best option.
