Hi, I'm a young boy who's not familiar on how you get STDS and stuff but anyway.. I masturbated with my underwear on today and my mom washes my clothes but im really freaking out, would I be at risk if I masturbated in my underwear? STDs are usually transmitted by sexual contact or exchanges of bodily fluids with another person, some, like hepatitis can be transmitted through other ways such as (and not exclusively) drug use where infected needles are used, with STDs this means through contact with another person so no, you are not at risk.
