I hope you're being paid for this debacle, and if you aren't trained in dance, don't even attempt it. Just teach them a song. They love pop songs at this age. Choose something love-related, and have them practice a verse at a time. Download the song and play it ad nauseam. Don't pressure them to get it "right", and they may actually have fun with it and perform.
Good luck. :-)
*And P.S.A. for 20-something brides and grooms: please stop using YouTube and Pinterest as as guides for how a wedding is supposed to be. You (and your guests) will be much happier. You don't need to outdo or impress anyone. Just get married, host your guests well with food, drink, and a little music, and enjoy your loved ones. That's what people want to see and do.

IF and only if the bride and groom are asking for this -
give them each a short phrase of a little rhyme

Why will they be doing a "routine" at a wedding?
If the bride/groom asked you to do this ... well, ugh, just keep it as short as possible.
If this is your idea, PLEASE don't do this. Especially if you're planning it as a surprise for someone else's wedding. Really, as cute as kids are, nobody wants to sit through a dance routine at a wedding reception.

Gotta go with the first 2 answers. The only people who will enjoy this are those kids and their parents, which makes it kind of self indulgent.
