i need advice on how to lose 15 pounds even though i cant get to the gym?

im just slightly overweight and want to lose it but i babysit from home 10 hrs a day and have two kids so i cant get to the gym and sometimes i am just way to tired to move but there has to be a way that wont tire me to lose weight....any experienced people have amy advice?? if it requires a method that is going to make me feel hungry...does anyone know any tricks for things to do that will help w that.

    Diet is infinitely more important than exercise when it comes to maintaining or losing weight. Go to myfitnesspal and set up an account. You'll enter your goals and it will calculate how many calories you should eat per day. The key is entering every single bite you eat so that you can see exactly what you are consuming. Get out and walk for 30 minutes to an hour 4 or 5 times a week and you'll be golden.

    Get the kids outside and play chase, run, jump rope and skip like you're a kid. And I also agree with the fitness app to help you see how many calories you're consuming
