Why do Muslims should pay the Fitrieh?

Salam We Muslims should pay the Fitrieh for improving and completing our fasting days during Ramadan based on hadith 3 1/2 liters for one person.The collected Fitrieh will be distributed before Eid for helping poor people who live around us so they can celebrate the Iedl Fitri days with enough food

Because God has commanded us Muslims to pay Zakatul Fiter so if we make any mistakes in our fasts, God will forgive our errors and reward us with full compensation for our fasting in the month of Ramadan.

Secondly Eidul Fiter is to help enjoy happiness of Eid for those poor families and their children to buy new clothes and what ever else they need to buy for Eid and be happy. Zakatul Fiter is only about $10 to $12 for each person in our household few days before Eid so they can buy what they need and enjoy their Eid day.

its a form of charity so that the needy can also enjoy the Eid
