Would it be possible to create a sims 3 mod that would allow your sims to have/care for a child at university?

I know people have set up homeworld universities using Nraas' careers mod and rabbithole rugs, but I'm not sure it's possible to do it in the university world.

Just as an example, a while ago I wanted to play all my Sim's roommates in the university world, so I used Master Controller to make them playable. When it was time for all of them to go home, the game glitched, and none of them were able to leave. I was expecting this, so I had already made preparations for dealing with it (I saved the university household in Edit Town, went back to a pre-university save, placed my Sim in her old household, annihilated my Sim's pre-university clone, and used cheats to reestablish my Sim's relationships). But it still seems like the game balks at adding new members to the household when your Sims are traveling.

that would be a cool mod, it doesn't exist but im sure someone could make it. It'd be a core mod, s you'd need certain programs and have to know HOW to code games.
