planned parenthood aka the health department? Depending on your income its free. I get mine from there and its free because i make under a limit they have. They will do a breast exam, pelvic exam, and pap smear (All text that really need to be done yearly is your 18+ or sexually active). Yes you can just walk in. You will probably get in faster to make an appointment. They cant disclose information to your parents if you go in for birth control. But like I tell every young person you may or is having sex. Birth control isnt 100% effective in protecting againest pregnancies. Babies happen, praticing safe sex is great, not having sex is better and the only 100% effective way to avoid unwanted pregnancies.

Depends on the state. Planned Parenthood is not the health department but a seperate orginization designed to provide womens healthcare to those who might not otherwise get it.

depending on the state you live in you can go in and get birth control and talk to a Dr without needing a parent to be present or give consent, on other states they cant do anything without a parent there. You will have to find out the rules for your state.
