USA: Depends on your definition of "native."

If you're going back less than about 12,000 years ago, then it would be "human, 'Native American'."

If you want to exclude humans and recent imports, then... any species of bat would be equally related to you.

    > the Marianas Trench

In this order, with more closely related groups at the top:

Pinnipeds (seals or sea lions), if you can find them.

    Cetaceans (whales, dolphins)

Birds and sea reptiles (sea snakes, sea turtles)

    Lobe-finned fish

    Other ray-finned fish

    > Tasmania

Again, depends on how far back you go. If you're excluding humans, then any species of bat would be equally related to you.

    > human gut flora

You're probably excluding fungi and Protista, eh? then any Archaea you would find would be a good candidate, since you are more related to Archaea than to Bacteria.
