National Fitness billing marked me as deceased to avoid my complaints!?

I signed a 2 year contract with Golds gym, were id start off paying $35 to $20 after the contract was up.

I had 1 late payment due to a stolen credit card, so after talking to national fitness & paying what they charged their throwing it up in my face a year late.

After several calls & me telling them i paid the last person i talked to marked me as deceased

Since im apparently deceased I cant use that contract & management says i don't have to pay the so called late payment, but i have to start an entire new membership & go from paying 20 to more money & a huge down payment.

Im so called dead at golds gym but its okay if i sign a new contract & give them money that i already paid. Lol where the hell do they get that kind of right to just mark someone dead, this lady was just rude & she even hung up on me i guess she was tired of me calling & asking for her

THIS IS WRONG, not anywhere in my contract was mentioned if customer service gets annoyed with taking my calls THEY CAN JUST SAY IM DEAD.

I have every credit card document where i paid the entire 2 years of $35 of what they ask for the late fee & even gym service fees.

Is there anything i can do to get this dealt with, because now im having to get a new membership due to my love of the gym.

Please help

Update:

Note: you cant even workout if your a month due, they tell you to have your payment next time or you cant come in. funny thing is i worked out for over a year after

Update 2:

This was supervisors i talked to

I would ask for a supervisor and let them know that unless they untangle the mess, you are going to the local news station with your complaint after contacting the Attorney General in your state along with the Better Business Bureau.

THEN follow through if you do not get put back where you were prior to the theft of your credit card. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. They cancel a "dead" man's contract but will accept a "dead" man's new application? You can't make this sh!t up!!!! Crazy.
