How do I deal with my anger problems?

    Aggression is generally a cause of pent up frustration or anger or resentment. Why not talk to the people you are upset with and find out how you and the other person(s) can settle your differences. If a settlement can't be reached, and you are at an impasse, figure out what you would be able to live peacefully with and do that instead.

    Growing up, I find, is the best way. They're called toddler tantrums for a reason. Stop acting like a toddler.

    Go to Anger Management.

    You need to talk and you need to talk to the person you're angry with you need to talk to them until they understand and hear your feelings that will help you to feel much better if you can get that person to talk to you then go see a therapist but that will help you feel better
