Tell him you're not a prostitute who gets paid to perform sexual duties. He's clearly not worth your time.

You deserve a guy that treats you with respect, and won't pressure you into sexual contact.

That was his choice to pay and you do not owe him ANYTHING. If you don't want to do something do no let any guy make you feel obligated to do it.
