Why did my son get 78 on his IQ test?

If it was done online, forget it. It's fake.

If it was done by a licensed psychology, then you should worry ! 70 or below is considered 'retarded'. Since he got a little over that, it really isnt that good.

If I'm honest though, I don't think any IQ test really tests one's intelligence.

Where did he take this test? Was it a school or govt. issued test or a cheesy online one? If it was an online test, don't pit stock into it. If it was a professional test, it means he may qualify for SPED services.

IQ teats that you take online are for enjoyment not to be taken as someone's actual IQ. If you really are in need of knowing what his IQ is have him take the MENSA IQ test or have him tested professionally.

Hi, i too got 78 on my iq test a few months back. I don't think that means anything bad. Stay positive like the test taker told me. that's what i'm doing and i encourage your son to the same. i wanted to say thanks in advance for voting me best answer.
