Why does Islam recommend early marriage?

Have you ever realized why young people have problem controlling their sexual urge?

How many questions you see on here that says so and so people have masturbating problem?

Early marriage helps people from not having lust over others. As well as not committing zina.

Marriage is Sunnah in Islam.

A person must be ready in order to get married.

Man needs to be ready financially for marriage.

The proper time and age of marrying is when the individual reaches sexual as well as mental maturity. Mental maturity may mean the capability of establishing a cordial family life and the ability to fulfill rights of family members.

The need of a spouse and family is a natural and instinctive need which Allah through His Wisdom has placed in human beings and is awakened at its particular time and season, and makes its demand. If it is answered on time and its requirement fulfilled, it traverses its natural course and makes the person perfect. If it is delayed or answered in an incorrect and unnatural mode, it deviates from its natural course, rebels, and not only becomes corrupt itself, but also corrupts the man.

Who Is Eligible To Marry?

For man to become eligible for taking a woman’s hand in marriage, Islam has several recommendations. According to Islamic laws, when a boy attains the age of fifteen, or becomes sexually potent, he is baligh, and has attained puberty. But this is not enough for entering into a contract of marriage.

Apart from the laws related to puberty, there is a concept of Rushd 1 which can be translated as ‘capability of a sensible conduct’ or maturity. A husband has to be Rashid and a wife Rashidah; so that the responsibilities of married life are sensibly discharged.

Books of Islamic law may be referred to for exact details on physical and mental maturity.

Recommendation for Early Marriage

Islam highly recommends an early marriage. Even those who feel they would not be able to bear the expenses of family are urged to repose faith in Allah, as He is the Giver of Sustenance (Rizq), and go for an early marriage.

1) To keep away from despicable sins through illicit relationship which can result in 'misery' and a stumbling block to fulfilling the purpose of life.

2)Especially to find peace of heart and tranquility required to fulfill the purpose of life towards attaining 'salvation' and generally to 'procreate'.

the sooner you get married...the safer you are from adultery....and the better the society becomes since the men will have a responsibility rather than going to the pubs every night and saying "i can't get married, if i get married i can only love one woman...but if i dont i can love many women"...

Well it's only for people who are really horney.

Dont worry about it, just complete your studies, get a job and live your life. When u met the right person you can marry.

Its like training a dog. It is easier to train when it is a puppy, muslims men marry young women for their own benefit.

They say it keeps people from sinning.

But what it really does is keep women barefoot and with lots of children. This makes them dependent on a man. And it keeps women down. If the Muslim world wants to come up they need to stop this. If you lift the women up by having them marry and have children later society will benefit, but men have to give up a little power. Good luck.
