    1. Stereotyping a bit.

    2. Regardless of belief some people are just not accepting of others belief.

I personally have met way more atheist people who insult religion on the regular but however I met many of Christians belief who have thought of them self as more pure than the next person just cuase.

There are however many nice people of religious and non religious belief. I was one a Christian who had many friends of different beliefs and now I'm atheist and I never forced any of my beliefs. In fact I was always curious of others for the sake of learning.

    LOL

This is hilarious. Here you are, telling a HUGE and ugly, and insulting lie about atheists. Do you not get the irony here?

It's a lie that all atheists are always bitter or insulting. It isn't atheists who are trying to force our views on everyone else.

I guess you can't READ, or you'd have seen the insults hurled at atheists just on this site, let alone in society in general.

I wondered the same thing about religious folks......Besides they don't annoy me as much, since they are not trying to push laws into people's lives, but are trying to prevent such laws, if anything you should be thanking Atheist activists

I think this question is pretty much just you stereotyping people. I happen to know plenty of atheist who are very hospitable and kind hearted. Just because one persons that way, doesnt mean they all are.

Why can't you put a question into the right category on the first try, short stack?

To answer this question, one might ask why one goes atheist. Perhaps they lost faith (maybe their lives are full of bad karma and their faith in better things had never happened for them [or they view it as irrational]) and find others praising something intangible as "ridiculous," a view with a very closed-minded connotation.
