After 6 months of the heart surgery, what are the recommended exercises?
I sometime feel little bit pain at the place where it was cut to reach to heart and I have no pain in heart side.

None of us has examined you, knows your medical history, your medications, your limitations, or what your exercise capacity is. That has to be determined by your doc, for your situation. The same exercises for one person can be quite dangerous for another. The only way to know what to do in YOUR situation is to talk to your doc. I do cardiopulmonary exercise tests several times a week on folks with a wide range of heart disease; from congenital defects to heart transplant work-ups. There is far too much variability to be able to offer even general advice, and the wrong advice can be fatal.

Increasing levels of aerobic exercise. I had a quad bypass in 2011 and am running 5k three times per week now.
