When submitting a book MS should I worry about format?
NON-FICTION BOOK. For example I have a big list that would probably work best as a table of 2 columns. Is that something I should leave to the publisher (if accepted) or should I format it in a pretty manner myself?

You should worry about someone creating multiple accounts and giving it tons of thumbs down. You know, kind of like how you do. So, is this book you're writing now going to be the one you start spamming R&S with Stimpy? At least it will be a change up from you constantly bombarding us with "No Meek Messiah".
