i bought a 3g microcell and it won't work. when i try to activate it it gets to step 3 and quits. it says it can't connect.what can i do?

    i have called ATT many times and even called my internet provider. i have reset my modem and router. i'v done everything they said but they said it may be my router's firewall blocking it. how can i check that? idk how to get to the settings. it's a modem and router together. any idea's?
