Hawk-eye uses 6 or 7 high performance cameras to track the balls movement throughout the court. However, it has 5 millimeters of margin, which is very small, but nonetheless, a margin. Who knows how many calls it has missed? Only on clay courts does the ball leave a mark, but then the argument goes to which mark was created in the last point. I think the system is good for the game. It is quick, simple, and has obviously corrected more calls than it has gotten wrong.

You are right, but it's the best that they can do right now. Most of the time the ball does not leave a mark, so it would not be possible to show one.

It is pretty accurate. Within tenth of inches. But the main thing is it is consistent for both players, unlike humans.
