What makes someone masculine or not camp?
People seem to think I'm camp because of the way I look (it's stopped me from getting into a relationship with someone I like). The way I look doesn't match the way I act (I act very reserved and quiet).
So how to I look masculine

Get plastic surgery or take a bunch of HGH (human growth hormones). It's the only way you can get a big jaw and strengthen your facial features.
Working out should help, too. Big muscles ALWAYS makes a guy look manly.

The best advice I can give you is to just be yourself. If certain people can't accept you for who you are; they are not worth it. I would never reject a guy for being camp.
