Confused about this 13 year old guy, i dated. 10 points?

Okay sooooo, I'm 14 and he is 13. We met at church camp, For about a week. And I didn't really talk to him until the last day. He is really really cute that's kind of why i didn't speak to him at first. Next week when we all went home, i had given him my # and Instagram. He calls me, we talk for like ever. Then the next 3 days he asks me out. Dates me for about a week and a half. Then we got into this HUGE argument, like why he broke up with me, etc. Then he calls me after apologizes and what i want to know is that its been another week. He STILL tells me he loves me but he's kind of rude over the phone. And sometimes we fuss. Sometimes he's just like bye. No love part. Then sometimes he is. We still talk and everything. BUT WHY THE FREAKING HELL DOES HE ACT SO RUDE BUT STILL WANTS TO TALK TO ME?!?!?!?!?!? (Sorry. Just frustrated.)
