How do I play Gamecube/Wii backups on my Wii?

I recently homebrewed my Wii so i'm very new to it. Some of the games are also now broken and I was wondering how I could get them without the disc due to that fact. Thank you in advance.

With a backup loader like USBLoader GX, WiiFlow, or CFG USB Loader.

If you followed the WiiHacks guide, http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-faqs-guides-tu... , or the ModMii guide/program, http://modmii.zzl.org/ then you're all setup. If you followed ANY other guide I'd suggest you use either on of those to update your mod.

Both of those get you to where you can use a USB loader and attached drive to make a backup of any Wii disc in your collection. Think they all refer to it as installing a game (because it gets installed to USB drive)

For GC games, you MUST have a White Wii (or added the GC ports/components back to new Wii) and you also need Dios Mios. http://gbatemp.net/threads/how-to-play-your-gamecu...

The most recent version of USB loaders can also play the GC if your USB drive is compatible and configured properly. (Don't think you even need a disc in the drive any more)

As for backups of games you've owned but no longer have a working disc, the legality of obtaining a backup by other means falls into a gray area that would have means to cross into piracy. And piracy violates Yahoo ToS so you won't find help for that here...
