Mystery anime with a female main character?
I don't know why, but I am really in the mood for a mystery anime, specifically with a female main character. Problem is I can't find one.
I don't care if it's good or bad but does anyone have an anime or two that fit this criteria?

It's mystery and school life. It's my fav anime of all time.

Another (that's really the title, not the word that refers to another thing), it's a mystery (genre, check) and one of the main characters is a girl, the really real main character is a boy, I'd say the ratio of the girl's main character-ness to the boy is 40:60. It has blood in it, so yeah, you have been warned.
Another (this time, it's the word that refers to another thing) suggestion is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. It's genre is mystery (and also contains blood), too. The main characters are 1 boy, and probably 4 or 5 girls. Believe me, the boy is not the only main character there.

Ghost Hunt isn't too bad, and it's supernatural mystery with a female lead (ish, there's not really a particular main character but...close 'nough).

Gosick is a pretty good mystery anime.It is 24 episodes long

its a female mistaken as a guy she looks like a guy in the beginning because of her hair
