You walk up to a girl, ask her on a few dates, make them special, make her feel special, ask her to be your gf.

Well start by thinking about thinking about all the female friends, co-workers, people you know basically, do you think of them in a relationship way? If yes then explore those feelings, ask them on a date and get to know them better.

If not then you need to go out and meet some people. You could go to festivals, clubs, bars, parties, any form of social event and get talking to girls you find attractive and learn some more about them. Once you've made initial contact you can exchange numbers and talk more after the event and go on some dates.

If this is too scary another option is online dating. Some you need to pay for but there are some pretty good free ones! These are great ways to meet people who are your age, live in similar areas and who have the same sort of interests in you.

In any situation don't feel like you NEED a girlfriend because you don't and never get in to a relationship with someone you don't really like or don't feel comfortable with because it will not end well.

Hope this helps, good luck :)

    How old are you?

There are dating sites, Match, Okcupid, Plenty of Fish, Tinder, etc you can check those out. If you go to school you can start flirting, make casual convo about a class then ask her for coffee go from there. Talk to more people. Try doing things, clubs hobbies, you can meet girls with similar interests.

    Good luck
