how to get legal gaurdianship of a 17 year old in missouri?

I am 17 currently staying with family with parental consent but they want me back at home. I don't want to go back as my mother is never pleased with what I do. I have been here for almost a week. My cousin is trying to get me in school again. I dropped out. I need to go to school down here not where my mother is for a few reasons ei: bullies and lack of alternative school please help

    You probably need to file a court action for emancipation. contact a local legal aid office.

    Please... you were on vacation for "almost" a week.

    there is nothing you can do except go home.
