Why do people get blocked from answering a persons questions? What have the person done wrong?

A particular user may have blocked you a long time ago for whatever reason.
Once someone blocks you, you are not able to answer thier questions. Also, if you block someone, and then answer their question, they will see it, but cannot choose it as Best Answer.

depends on the answer.Some users will block a user,for speaking the truth.
