Lewis was originally from Canada and even represented the country in the Olympics so I think Lewis would not mind fighting anywhere within North America, either in Canada ( most likely in Montreal ) or the USA ( most likely in New York City ).
Lewis would have certainly used his height, heft and reach advantage to neutralize Clay from both the outside and the inside. But Lewis would have encountered problems with Clay's speed, mobility and ability to fight "tall" by maximizing his reach. Lewis was never known to fight his size which enabled smaller but prime foes to reach and tag him ( e.g. Oliver McCall, Hashim Rahman, Evander Holyfield but he obviously learned from the experience that later he fought differently against MikeTyson and David Tua but for a different reason--both Tyson and Tua were reputed KO artists ).
Both Lewis and Clay had not gone beyond 12 rounds by that point in time as Ali took only seven rounds to beat Liston in their scheduled 15 round title fight while Lewis would by then had already fought for the Canadian and possibly British Empire titles set at 12 rounds. But it's conceivable that Clay had prepared for the full 15 rounds versus Liston and Lewis would also prepare for 15 rounds for this fight. But between the two, it is Clay as he would show later as Ali that he could and would go the distance if that would take for him to win as he hated to lose. On the other hand, Lewis was notorious for not training adequately and fading late in the fight.
Clay lures Lewis into the deeper waters and drowns him there. Clay by late round KO/TKO.

Skills with hand speed and foot of Clay, added to its shock resistance allow Clay to win the match
Statistically Clay wins the fight by UD, but it's hard to imagine that fight because Lewis was NEVER defeated by points, as an example of such a possibility Frank Bruno was winning his fight against Lennox Lewis until his TKO

Prime to prime Ali wins and it does not go 10 rounds before Lewis is knocked out by the much faster Ali.
Ali could take a very good punch and Lewis could not.

1. Vegas
2.Lewis would try to jab him, and use his heavy right hand to keep him hurt and back. A lot of 1-2 combo's.
3. I see it going 15, and Ali winning a Decision.
