Recommend a Software to speed up the Computer?

I am using Windows 7 and the computer is running very slow.

I regularly defrag the disk and remove the Temp files

    you can you pc tuneup software. One that i normally used is Ccleaner. You can use this its free.

    As already suggested: Ccleaner.

    My personal preference is - Glary Utilities (free for home use)

    A paid version is available!!

    Running: Chkdsk (CheckDisk) via the Search box on a monthly basis - will do no harm either!!

    One possibility accumulated registry errors. To fix try System Mechanic by Iolo Technologies or Perfect Registry from Raxco or WinAso Registry Optimizer.

    you can install AVG pc tuneup software, it is perfect.
