Man trying to grow long hair?

I have medium length thick wavy hair. I'm trying to grow long hair. As of now, its medium length and curly at the edges. Will the curly hair straighten when it becomes long due to the weight or will I have to straighten it?

It will become less wavy/curly as it grows longer, due to the weight of the hair. It won't totally straighten, and it should have good "body" due to the curl or wave.

Men's hair usually curls when it hits the shoulders. Once you get past that length, it grows in a more flowing line.

Women with long curly hair have to straighten it. So guess what.

most likely since it is thick, it will straighten
