in wat ways is japan's technology more advanced than U.S.'s?

Japan is influential in design and art - especially in East and SE Asian countries.

The way it educates its students might be different.

In aesthetic, in domestic design and technology and in electrical equipments, Japan appears more superior than others in producing affordable products.

But China is taking much of Japanese edges now. Made in China by Western and Japanese companies.
