What if I dont know my respondents (abuser's) address to serve him with a restriction order?
I honestly do not know my abuser's address. I live in the San Diego area and would like to know what will happen if I don't know his address? Thank you

Usually a police report precedes a restraining order, but you as the issuer don't serve it, the state does.
