Can I have some advice to improve my dating profile?

I think you outta list your interest in the interest section. If you were older and not in the UK, I'd message you. You look fine. You are geeky and some chicks really dig that! If you like video games, list that you like a couple of different types of games. Maybe try to add a little more into your "about me section if you can". Like what type of movies do you like.

It is hard to date via online. I've been doing it off and on for several years. I don't really seem to "catch" anything... So sometimes I just take a break from fishing... and do my own thang!

I might get one or two messages a month and that's it...

1. From what I have heard a lot of people don't get responses. It's not just you.

2. Picture number one and two are very nice, you look very handsome on those. The last picture is less flattering to you and your friend.

3. Personality: 'Gamer.' Sorry, but what? Hahaha. Were there like standard choices and you picked this one, or was this entirely your idea? No one's personality is 'Gamer', I hope! Put something like, 'Romantic', 'Outgoing', etc. I know, games are fun, but not how you get a girl interested per se.

change your main pic, you should have one standing up and smiling, add more to your about me section, more things you enjoy, future plans, talk about your job. then you'll be good to go
