    paul makes some good points, but on the positive side juxtaposing the head to the right and looking left is a great way to bring the viewer across the picture.

    also, you are 16, of course you are cute

    to put on your facebook account, it's fine for that. Otherwise, if you're asking us to critique the image as if it was intended to be a portrait, then it does fall short for reasons already mentioned.

    What is the purpose of the picture? Knowing this will help a lot.

    (being brutally honest): it's a noisy, poorly focused, motion-blurred selfie. The eyes looking away take away from any intimacy it might have had.
