During your time at nursing school, you may discover more about other fields of medical care, and you may transfer into them. Fashion and photography can be an avocation, as a job is much more difficult to obtain and sustain as things change. If you sincerely feel that you don't wish to study long term for a career, don't forget that nursing requires ongoing study for changes in the field, sometimes double shifts, if people don't show up or the hospital gets busy because of a tragedy. You may be better off getting a job in a factory where you won't have to worry about human lives and pain.

Heping people and getting paid good $ makes nursing school a good investment. Really is 3-4 yrs too long to develop a career? All of your choices seem good. Btw, 140k is not unheard of for nurses in certain markets.
