First of all have a look on your business then search some specific keywords related to your business and then use them in blog posting. You can search keywords from Google keyword planner tool and choose keywords of low or medium competition and high volume searches. Use keywords on your website accordingly and you can also take help of any expert Internet marketer about the same.

Some pick a specific target keyword phrase to be the theme of post so they can incorporate it into the title and body text of a post. Research often involves finding those with high search volumes, a store site would also look for those words than most often result in sales.
Until recently people used Google's keyword tool to get search volume stats on keywords as well as getting related word suggestions, now you have to have an Adwords account to access these tools, you might just put in a $5 deposit and just not run any ads to get to the tool.
Google reports a fair percent of searches are "Long tail" searches of 3 - 5 words in length they have never seen before, just writing longer articles on a subject improves you chances of matching to these unanticipated searches.
The SEO spam filters like Google's Penguin might catch the over use of a single keyword (stuffing) and actually penalize ranking for the offense, some successful bloggers don't even worry about keywords.
