Who's wrong here? Should she say sorry?

Not sure why this is on update. I think something went wrong. Anyway, my friend and I decided to make a Tumblr. I said that I was 13, and it allowed me to make an account perfectly fine, but my friend tried and tried and couldn't make one until she said she was 18, which does suck, but she blamed me! and i honestly don't know why.

She's the jealous kind of person, I love her and all but seriously, she could be such a b*tch sometimes. She sent me an email like a week ago telling me she hated me

and that I was liar by telling her she could be any age. Um. That was NOT my fault, and I told her that on that day, but she went ahead and sen tme that email which I had JUST seen, since I dont check it very often. I'm thinking about brushing it off as it was sent a week ago, but I dunno. She sends things to my other friend calling her slut, wh*re, etc etc, and she has a new friend, and trust me, she talks about EVERYONE so should I just...ignore her?
