Are these the sorts of folks......?

All politics aside, the rise in this sort of extremist religious belief (all religions) is a sign of social sickness that is sweeping the world. I'm not saying that religion is a social sickness, but the fast pace of life, high populations and the incredible amount of information we're all bombarded with causes people to clutch at things for security, and some choose extreme religious beliefs to get them through. None of this though should affect how we and our country are governed.
