Things to do before I finish school?
I finish school completely in 3 months.
Anything memorable to do that I will always remember or cherish.
I've enjoyed this past year a fair bit with parties and such but anything else?

Appreciate the teachers who have helped you the most. Write them a letter, including how the have changed/affected your life and allowed you to become who you are today. Maybe even write them a poem or make them a gift.
Also, save everybody's name and contact information (phone number + email).
You'll never knew when you might need them.

If you want to do something memorable, hold a trip down memory lane party and get it in video, with all your mates, teachers etc.
