hello everyone. Please help me i bought yesterday final fantasy xiv on ps4, yet i cant play the game?

since i redeemed the 12 digit registration code which was inside the ps4 ffxiv disk package on the ps store, yet the ps store keeps telling me that the code has already been used, but i checked it more than 5 times, yet i still cant play the game it keeps telling me that i need to register the game! please help me its as if i payed 50$ for nothing. Check to see if game an console are the same country you will find American an European consoles are different Australia uses Europe's and games occasionally come from Overseas to other shops more likely the cd is scratched or marked a tiny scratch in the inner ring will stop a game from working or it wants you to update it or final fantasy may be a playstation plus exclusive meaning you have to pay to play i don't play ff so idk that one
