i bought a new computer from sams club today a floor model but i didn't get the amin password so now i can't install anything?

You can use some password reset software. I think Renee Passnow could be a good choice. It can reset your windows login password back to blank in a few minutes.

you need to reinstall or restore to factory settings.

they will have software for the store that limit's it's use and prevents you from using certain things or doing certain things on the computer, even if you have the password I highly reccomend that you reinstall windows.

on the first screen you see it should say somewhere 'press ... to enter setup/restoration/recovery' or something simular, keep pressing that button and follow the instructions to do a factory restore.

if you cant get it to work, or there is nothing there about restoring the computer, google the brand of computer like this:

'How to restore to factory settings Dell'

there will be instructions on how to get into the recovery software to reinstall windows and all drivers/software. it'll take around 30-60 minutes to complete.
