Severe anxiety symptoms?
I have anxiety pretty bad from my home situation and I'm going to the dr for it in the next week but I've been wondering what some severe symptoms can be? Some days I just can't do much of anything..it's not like I CAN'T I just don't feel like doing anything and it's not just laziness anymore. I get really upset if I have to do something on those days. is that something else or could it be from the anxiety? Are there any other big/major symptoms that people can have?

Do you feel shaky, heart palpatations, difficulty breathing, scared, cry? You're not specific about what you're going thru. Do you also worry a lot over what might or might not be. These are all symptoms of anxiety.
