How could I stop getting nervous?
Okay so last year was my first year of tennis and the first practice I threw up and I was so embarrassed. I'm the type of person that remembers that so tomorrow my first practice of tennis this year. I'm already getting nervous because I'm scared I will throw up again and embarass myself. Is there a way for me to stop being nervous of that? Please help

Throwing up can be because of multiple reasons, nervousness, or just being in an unhealthy state trying to do too much. My advice is to start getting healthier, and drinking water 8x a day as you could've been dehydrated. The main reason was probably because you were not in a good physical state and your body wasn't used to being worked like tennis works you. But all you can do is try your best, focus on what you have to do, and respect the coach. Also drink 8+ glasses of water. I also suggest that you eat 3 hours or more before any practice, match, or game so it is digested and you won't have anything to throw up. Also try not drinking anything an hour before practice/match/game but drink a lot of water the day before and about 2-3 hours before your event.
