A Soul Theory?
I have always thought that when you sleep and you see yourself that that's actually your soul. because one dream i had i was swimming in an ocean and when i woke up i was drenched in sweat but my house is always cold. also when you die in your sleep i feel that your soul is having such a great time it dosent want to go back into your body. srry if this sounds stupid but its just my thought

Because of our nature and 3D reality, us people cannot fully understand nor explain concepts like soul. Soul is not something ghost like that stays inside during daytime and wanders around when you're dreaming. These myths, they all exist because of the human's need to concretize.
