How do I transfer my bookmarks from my home computer to my e-mail for storage so I can access them from another computer?

    I would suggest you switch to firefox or chrome browsers, this would make the process simpler. With Chrome you can just sign in and with any computer all your bookmarks will be uploaded/downloaded to/from the cloud. with firefox you create a sync account and sign in on the other computer, all your bookmarks, troolbars history are synced across

    With internet explorer all your bookmarks are stored in the C:/user/yourname/favorites

    Simply copy the folder onto your desktop, I would then zip it so you can attach the it to the email;

    At the other computer collect your email, unzip the folder and copy back to the favorites, this will of course overwrite anything already there

    If you are using chrome then you can sign and and everywhere else you sign in with the same account and you can get book marks

    You can also go old school and remember them and then bookmark.. It isn't a long process

    It depends on what browser you are using. Do you use Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or something else?
