No, it is the other way round. Jews' hatred of Muslims is based on jealousy.

Because every Jew know that prophet Muhammad was the promised prophet mentioned in Deutronomy 18:18.

They expected that prophet to be born among the Jews, but when he was born among the Ishmaelites, their hatred began.

Muslims are many and Jews are few and yet Jews have won numerous Nobel prizes and Muslims hardly any. This supports the belief that Jews are the best scientists in the world and Muslims are retards in comparison.

Would it be wise and honest therefore, if Muslims were to accept the fact that Jews are their superiors.

It is due to they've ignored certain scripture, like Chapter 2 of the surah, take this verse:

Say, "We have believed in Allah and what has been revealed to us and what has been revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the Descendants and what was given to Moses and Jesus and what was given to the prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and we are Muslims to Him."

They both believe in the torah, give praise to one god so why have they held such a battle?

In the surah it had already warned of certain jews not following true their scripture. Those that have upheld staying true to Judaism, or Christianity are the ones still being persecuted, not just by none believers.

It would be like me creating a religion and then attacking Muslims for not transferring over because their scripture has told them to ignore a certain prophet.
